I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with stains on the bedding and overall unkempt rooms. On the bright side, some staff members showed friendliness and made efforts to help me, especially Ralph from maintenance. The convenient location near dining options was a definite plus, making it easy to find meals. Overall, it was disappointing, but I did appreciate the quick response from the team when issues arose.
